Infinitive Solutions Confort. Ingeniería Superior.

Infinitive Solutions completely transformed my Provincetown home with a brand-new HVAC system. The house was a full "to-the-studs" renovation of an 1860 property, and Luis handled it with incredible professionalism, thoughtfulness, and deep expertise. The system he designed and installed is simply the best — quiet, efficient, and perfectly suited to the space. What impressed me most was the follow-up: Luis personally came by afterward to walk me through the equipment and make sure I understood everything. It's rare to find someone this experienced who also truly cares about the details and the customer. Highly recommend Infinitive Solutions without hesitation.

Infinitive Solutions was recommended to us by our architect. We did a whole-house reno and addition, and needed to replace our forty-year-old forced air heating system with a brand new one. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Owner Luis Marin is the ultimate professional, and his crew reflects that. Their work was absolutely outstanding, including a meticulous clean-up at the end of every day. Luis was responsive to all our questions, quick to get back to us when contacted, and he spent extra time helping us complete the necessary paperwork for our rebate. We had to have the system inspected for that rebate, and were told that they seldom see his standard of work. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top-notch, quality results.

Luis was fantastic. He gave a fair price, showed up for the project when promised, and completed the work with excellent quality of work. Luis even recommended that we paint the area where our ductless unit would be installed ahead of time to avoid the need to paint around the unit after installed. Luis was courteous, a hard worker, and does an excellent job at a fair price. Highly HIGHLY recommend if you are in the market for ductless AC/heat units. Ours works great!!

Luis worked very closely with me with the install of a central Mitsubishi HVAC system replacing an older split-unit system. He ensured the new system was adequately sized to handle the area the older split unit was over-tasked to cool. Installation went smoothly w/o issue and Luis provided me options on the placement of the registers. Since the install happened in February, Luis returned with the warmer weather to ensure the system was performing correctly. He diligently troubleshot a few issues with the thermostat setup and didn't leave until I was happy with the system. Overall great job and performance as well as superior craftsmanship.

As a new homeowner in the Upper Cape, I used Infinitive Solutions for a new heating and AC system to replace a very old heating system. Luis the owner is very personable, communicative and knowledgeable. Leaves me with a peace of mind that's important to me. We were so pleased with the new AC and heating system that we used Infinitive Solutions to install a central dehumidifier. I will DEFINITELY be using Infinitive Solutions again in the future!!! I highly recommend this company. Luis and his team offer superior customer service and products.
